What's Individual Coaching?

Coaching is a conversation with a trusted expert that helps the client change their thinking and perspective to achieve their goal. Sometimes it's a conversation about the goal itself and its delivery. Coaching is aimed at unlocking potential and achieving set goals. It helps overcome limiting beliefs and move from thoughts to actions.

The coach's role includes creating a trusting atmosphere, asking questions that allow for a better exploration of the situation and options for further action, actively listening, and highlighting moments that the client may not see themselves.

Unlike a psychologist who delves into the client's past, the coach focuses on the client's present and future. The coach may highlight issues stemming from the past and recommend working with a psychologist if this experience hinders progress. Coaching does not address dependencies, childhood traumas, depressive states, phobias, etc.
